I was very impressed with my room and all the hotel staff. The hotel was remodeling the lobby but in no way was this an issue. I will stay at LaQuinta again. The shuttle took to Southwest check in and picked me up with no issues. And ALL the staff was polite!!

Was under construction as many others have noted, but the room was fully updated and very nice. Minimal noise, very clean, friendly staff. The shuttle service both ways a huge cost savings as well (we were actually given a taxi as our flight was 5:10am - that cost alone was $18.50) - plus the parking savings was great!

The hotel is going through renovations. Our room was updated but still had cosmetic issues, the toilet constantly ran, the end table was broken with a piece of wood on top instead of what I assume would be glass. After arriving back at the airport, I called for shuttle pick up. After she looked me up she told me I didn't pay for park and fly when I absolutely did. That was frustrating to deal with at the end of a long day.

The hotel is under construction which I could understand. Our first room was on the second floor that smelled like dog food when we got off the elevator. Our room had hair on the sheets and pillows. We were then given another room. As far as the park and ride, it took 45 - 60 minutes to pick us up at the airport. They had misplaced the keys to the van but chose to lie about it. We wete told they would call a cab, then they were going send the hotel van, then they were going to call a cab. Would use the park,slerp,fly again but not at this hotel.
