The hotel was clean and comfortable though one of the beds was fairly worn. The parking lot was well lit and plenty of space. Shuttle was relatively prompt for our delivery to the airport for our morning flight. However, when we returned to the airport at 9:45 PM and called the hotel to see if the shuttle would pick us up, we were told that the shuttle was out of service at 10:00PM. Granted, by the time we gathered our luggage and were at the curb, it was 10:05 PM. We had to take a cab to the hotel. Just know that if you have a late evening flight back into STL, the shuttle may not be available.

We were told we weren't part of the sleep park fly program even though we had paperwork proving it. Problem after problem with shuttle service.

Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. I had to wait for almost 5 minutes to be waited on when I arrived. I finally tried calling to see if someone was available but no one answered. When the employee finally returned he said he was the only one there. I even understand this, however, when I arrived I had seen him - and he saw me - and I assumed he was 'some' of the staff. Had he just told me he would be back in a bit at 'that' time, I would have understood... Then, after waiting, we got a room. When my husband and I opened the door, the room was/had been occupied. The beds were unmade, etc. So, we went back to the front desk and waited a bit again and received another room. On our return flight, we then had to wait for 30 minutes for their shuttle to pick us up. I've used LaQuinta in the past. Very disappointed in the service and experience and won't use it again.
