I loved the hotel staff! Super friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the hot breakfast! However there were some hotel problems I didn't like. It was very hot in the hallways. The workout room was very bare and old. I couldn't find an ice machine for awhile.

Just a poor hotel. The staff was friendly enough, but the hotel itself was smelly, did not have an elevator (even though they are an airport hotel and accommodate people traveling, presumably, with a lot of potentially heavy luggage), and did not meet my expectations, even for a budget hotel. Spend the extra $10-20 and stay somewhere else.

Very friendly staff. Carpets did have an odor in the hallways. Rooms were nice and the bed comfortable but the noise overnight was very loud. Neither of us was able to sleep with the amount of noise from the hallway and other rooms even after closing our bathroom door like the welcome book suggested to reduce noise. Shuttle service was prompt at picking us up for our departure and arrival. Hard to find parking in the lot though.

Smelled pretty bad. I had to call about my reservation 3 times & it was still messed up when I arrived. Location is very good & there is a pancake place next door that serves up a mean burger :-). When we returned to St. Louis, we were not told that we had to call the shuttle so, when I did get the number, I called the guy, he was not very polite & ended the call by hanging up on me.
